Shipping & Refunds
We ship anywhere in the United States. Get free shipping on orders over $15 (after discounts have been applied). Our web orders typically ship within 2-3 business days with USPS or DHL. We also have FedEx 2 Day shipping available for an added fee.
Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Shipments to Hawaii or Alaska may experience longer shipping times.
Changing Your Order
Once an order has been submitted, we cannot cancel or make changes to it.
Please review the items in your cart and verify the accuracy of your billing and shipping information before confirming your order. We do not refund or replace items that have been shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly.
If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered to the address provided and you have not received your order, please contact your mail carrier to file a claim.
If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, we will refund the purchase price within 30 days of delivery. We will also gladly replace or refund any items that arrive damaged.
We do not offer price matching and do not issue refunds (partial or full) should you find the item(s) cheaper elsewhere.
If you purchase a Bag Balm product from a retail store and would like to seek a refund, please refer to that store’s refund policies and contact them directly for specific information.
Please note that refunds do not include the original shipping cost (if applicable).
Refunds will be issued back to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
