Skiing? The best way to avoid dry skin.

Skiing? The best way to avoid dry skin.

Taking on that epic run comes at a price! The high altitude, bright sunlight and wind can take a toll on your skin during skiing. Because of the altitude and the cold, your skin will dry out dramatically from a humid environment to the dry mountain air. Not to mention the wind and weather can cause burns that are painful and unsightly.

Stay protected from the elements by:

  1. Stay hydrated
  2. Cover up exposed skin
  3. Use sunscreen
  4. Apply moisturizer to the face and other uncovered skin

A thick layer of moisturizer helps retain the elasticity of the skin and helps prevent painful cracking. Bag Balm to the rescue! Help prevent and treat signs of windburn, chapping, and redness by applying before and after your day on the slopes.

I am an avid skier and mountain biker and my fitness has been critical for the success I have had so far. I have tried several other products and Bag Balm is without question the best. Thank you for making such a great product and allowing me to continue to do what I love! - Scott B.
